35 years in corporate HR leadership before becoming the coach and advisor organisations call when people and performance matter most.
I spent thirty-five years inside large organisations — building HR functions from the ground up, leading workforce transformations, navigating industrial relations, and learning what actually makes the difference between a good leader and a great one.
As Director & Country Head – HR at Knorr-Bremse India, I led comprehensive HR transformation across multiple business units, spearheading the “One HR” global digital rollout and institutionalising organisation-wide training frameworks. Before that, I served as Divisional Manager – HR at Samtel Colour and Head – HR at Jaiprakash Associates’ Cement Division, where I established foundational HR practices across manufacturing operations.
I transitioned into executive coaching because I kept seeing the same pattern: talented, driven people hitting invisible ceilings — not because of skill gaps, but because of leadership gaps. Mindset, presence, influence, self-awareness. Things that most leadership training doesn’t touch.
I transitioned into coaching and advisory because I kept seeing the same pattern: talented leaders hitting invisible ceilings, and HR systems that weren’t built to catch them. I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with ICF, certified in MBTI and FIRO-B (expert level), and a qualified Emotional Intelligence Trainer and Coach. Today I operate as Managing Partner of Bizmate HR Solutions — bringing together decades of corporate leadership experience with structured coaching and strategic HR advisory.
Frameworks are useful. But they don't replace having been in the room. I bring both — and I know when theory ends and reality begins.
I do not tell leaders what they want to hear. I ask the questions they are not asking themselves. That discomfort is where growth actually begins.
Your leadership doesn't happen in isolation. We work on you — but always in relationship to the system around you: your team, your board, your culture.
Insight without behaviour change is expensive therapy. Every engagement is designed to produce observable, measurable differences in how you lead — not just how you think about leadership.
