How quickly can we start?

Individual coaching can begin within 2–3 weeks of the discovery call. Corporate programmes typically have a 4–6 week design phase before launch.

Is this paid per session or as a package?

Individual coaching is priced as a monthly retainer for the engagement duration. Corporate programmes are priced as a project fee based on scope and participant numbers.

Can my organisation fund the coaching?

Yes. Many clients are funded through their organisation's L&D or talent development budget. Invoicing can be structured to suit corporate procurement requirements.

Do you work with HR to structure engagements?

Yes, for corporate programmes. For individual coaching, the coach-client relationship remains primary — HR involvement is structured carefully to protect confidentiality.
