Diagnostic & Scoping (Month 1)

360° assessment, stakeholder interviews, individual coaching session to establish baseline and set development targets.

Foundation Cohort Sessions (Months 2–3)

Strategic thinking, executive communication, influence without authority — building the foundational leadership muscle.

Advanced Cohort Sessions (Months 4–5)

Board presence, managing up, leading through ambiguity, building team accountability systems.

Capstone & Integration (Month 6)

Participants develop and present a live strategic leadership challenge. Individual debrief, 90-day plan, and ongoing support structures.
