About Executive Coaching

What exactly is executive coaching?

A comprehensive 6-month leadership development journey for senior leaders and directors ready to operate at board-adjacent level. Combines group cohort sessions, individual coaching, 360° assessment, and a capstone leadership project.

Coaching is personalised to your specific situation, challenges, and developmental needs. Training programmes — even excellent ones — deliver the same content to everyone. Coaching goes deeper, moves faster, and is entirely shaped around what you actually need.
Common focus areas include: navigating a new role or major promotion, building executive presence and board-level communication, managing difficult relationships with peers or senior stakeholders, leading through significant organisational change, addressing feedback about leadership style or impact, and preparing for a step up in scope or seniority.
Most engagements run 6–12 months, with a minimum of 3 months. This allows enough time to establish the relationship, do meaningful development work, and see behavioural change that actually transfers. Shorter engagements are available for specific, focused challenges.
Typically fortnightly or monthly, with each session running 60–75 minutes. The rhythm is agreed at the start of the engagement based on your needs, schedule, and the pace of development work.
Yes, absolutely. All coaching conversations are held in strict professional confidence. Nothing is disclosed to your organisation, HR function, or any third party without your explicit consent — regardless of who is funding the engagement. This is a non-negotiable ethical commitment.
This varies by person and focus area, but common outcomes include: clearer, more confident decision-making; stronger executive presence and stakeholder influence; more effective team leadership; greater clarity on strategic direction; and — frequently — accelerated progression into senior roles. Most clients report meaningful shifts within 2–3 months.

Corporate Programmes

What corporate programmes do you offer?
Five leadership development programmes: Executive Leadership Mastery (flagship, 6 months), High-Impact Team Leadership (3–4 months), Women in Leadership (4 months), Emerging Leaders Accelerator (3 months), and Leadership Culture by Design (6–12 months). Each is customised to the organisation’s specific context.
All programmes are customised. We begin every corporate engagement with a scoping process that maps your organisational context, culture, challenges, and success criteria — and the programme is designed around that. We do not deliver the same programme twice.
All three formats are available and designed for effectiveness in each mode. Many organisations choose hybrid delivery — in-person for key sessions and online for regular cohort touchpoints.
We establish clear behavioural indicators of success at the start of every engagement, and measure against them — through 360° feedback, stakeholder interviews, and structured participant reflection. We focus on behavioural change, not just satisfaction scores.
Cohort sizes are deliberately kept small for depth of development: 8–14 for the Executive Leadership Mastery programme, 10–16 for Team Leadership, and 8–12 for Women in Leadership. Larger organisational engagements (Leadership Culture by Design) work with the full leadership team.
Use the contact form or email prashant@prashantprem.com. We’ll schedule a scoping call to understand your context, then prepare a customised proposal within 5–7 working days.

What industries and sectors do you work with?
Prashant works across sectors including manufacturing, automotive, cement, engineering, and professional services — with his deepest domain expertise in manufacturing and industrial organisations. With 35 years of corporate HR leadership, he brings genuine sector literacy — not just a general coaching framework.
Engagements are available globally. In-person work is available in India (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad), Singapore, and the UAE. All other engagements are conducted via video call.
The discovery call answers this. In 30 minutes, we can usually identify what you actually need — whether that’s individual coaching, a corporate programme, or something else. There is no pressure to proceed after that call.
Individual coaching can typically begin within 2–3 weeks of the initial call. Corporate programmes require a scoping and design phase, which takes 3–6 weeks before the programme commences.
