Emerging Leaders Accelerator

Most organisations identify high-potential talent. Fewer invest in actually developing them before they reach leadership roles — leaving talented people to learn on the job, often at the expense of their teams. This programme — inspired by Prashant’s “The Self-Led Leader” framework — accelerates that development using psychometric tools (MBTI, FIRO-B), experiential learning, and structured self-reflection to build the leadership mindset, communication clarity, and self-awareness that make the difference in the first management role and beyond.
