What 1:1 Executive Coaching Is

A relationship built on

rigour, honesty, and confidentiality.

Executive coaching at this level is not life coaching. It is not cheerleading or accountability-lite. It is an intellectually rigorous, emotionally honest engagement designed to help you think more clearly, lead more effectively, and navigate complexity with greater confidence.

As your coach, Prashant brings 35 years of real HR and leadership experience into the room — meaning he understands the political nuance, the pressure, the trade-offs. He doesn’t theorise. He asks the hard questions that you’re not yet asking yourself.

All work is strictly confidential. Sessions are typically fortnightly or monthly, 60–75 minutes, via video call or in-person where geography allows.

Types of 1:1 Engagement

Four coaching contexts.

All of them demanding. All of them worth it.

🧭

Clarity Coaching

For leaders navigating a transition, a dilemma, or a decision that carries significant consequence. We create the space to think with full rigour.

Best for: strategic pivots, role changes, major decisions, leadership dilemmas
📈

Performance Coaching

For high-achievers who want to sustain or elevate performance — including dealing with derailment risks and blind spots before they become problems.

Best for: high-achievers, leaders receiving mixed feedback, C-suite performance optimisation
🔄

Transition Coaching

For leaders stepping into a new role, organisation, or scope. We accelerate integration and effectiveness in the critical first 90–120 days.

Best for: new promotions, lateral moves, international assignments, organisation changes
🏛️

Board Preparation

For senior leaders preparing for board readiness — developing the communication style, strategic perspective, and credibility that boards expect.

Best for: aspiring NEDs, directors preparing for board-level roles, CEOs seeking board effectiveness
Engagement Structure

How a 1:1 coaching

engagement works.

Chemistry & Scoping Call (Free)

30-minute conversation to understand your situation, assess fit, and agree what success looks like. No sales pressure. If it's not right, we'll say so.

Diagnostic Session

Deep-dive into your current situation, leadership history, challenges, and objectives. Often includes a 360° assessment or psychometric profile to establish an accurate baseline.

Ongoing Coaching Sessions

Typically fortnightly or monthly, 60–75 minutes per session. Mix of structured focus on development goals and responsive work on live challenges as they emerge.

Review & Continuation

Formal mid-point and end-point reviews against goals. Many clients choose to continue on a lighter-touch retainer model after the formal engagement ends.
