It provides tactical, rigorous, honest development — designed around the specific dynamics women navigate at director, VP, and C-suite level.

Baseline & Community (Month 1)

360° assessment, introductory cohort session to build psychological safety and peer trust, individual coaching to set development focus.

Foundations (Sessions 1–2)

Sessions on strategic visibility, authority dynamics, and the specific communication challenges senior women face.

Influence & Negotiation (Month 3)

Influence strategies, executive sponsorship, negotiation masterclass, and personal brand development.

Integration & Next Chapter (Month 4)

Bringing it together — 90-day individual leadership plans, peer commitments, and sponsor engagement session.
